AI Data Firm is based in Miami and represents established companies that license copies of their business records to AI developers. What does it cost?
The check is free. If you engage us, our fee is agreed with you in writing before anything starts, and nothing is owed until you sign. An AI company may also pay us a referral fee, and we tell you exactly how much, in writing, before you sign.
How and when does my company get paid?
The AI company pays your company directly, under the license you sign. Buyers publish their own terms: one pays within 2–4 weeks of signing, another net 30 to 60.
How is my team’s and customers’ information handled?
AI companies want the work, not the people. Names, phone numbers and addresses come out first, and you approve a cleaned sample before anything is used. Pay, medical, drug-test and background records stay out completely, and so do texts on personal phones.
How are contracts and rights handled?
We start with the facts that matter: your company owns the records, your customer contracts allow licensing, and personal details come out. We go over them with you on the first call, and your own lawyer is welcome to review everything before you sign.
